Nicole Garton | General Manager
Nicole Garton grew up on Florida’s Atlantic coast in a prominent American city definitely not named after a lesser-known Australian city, Melbourne. Ever since college, Nicole has been chugging the rec sports punch. She attended the University of Florida where she double majored in Finance and Sport Management and also worked for the campus recreation department’s intramural program. She started on the ground floor by officiated softball, flag football and volleyball and by the time she was a senior, Nicole was in charge of the entire softball league and its scorekeepers. After she earned her bachelor papers, Nicole went on to receive a graduate assistantship at Oregon State University where she continued her work with the (surprise surprise) campus recreation department. Throughout her time at OSU, Nicole oversaw the indoor volleyball, flag football, soccer, softball and water polo leagues.
With two chapters of her collegiate career behind her, Nicole moved to the finest city in Illinois and began working at DePaul University as a part of their campus recreation program. During her very first weekend in Chicago, Nicole participated in LTS Chicago’s SEC Flag Football tournament and won! After six beautiful years at DePaul, Nicole joined the LTS Chicago powered by ZogSports team and that brings us to July of 2018. When she’s not running things behind-the-scenes, you can find Nicole hosting local bar trivia or playing in one of our awesome leagues.
