Mark Biery | Partner
Mark co-founded LTS Chicago in July of 2010 with the idea of providing young professionals in Chicago a means to give back to local charities simply by playing sports. Mark moved to Chicago in July 2009 to pursue his Masters degree from DePaul University in Public Service Management. He currently runs the day to day business operations in relation to partnerships, sponsorship, operations, sales and creating new opportunities for players. You may even see Mark out on the fields or at the gym talking to players and moonlighting as your referee!
Mali Willis | Partner
Mali joined the LTS Team in May of 2013 as a player then on staff as the Player Development Coordinator in May of 2014 working part-time. Her role focused closely on engagement with LTS players, partners, and charities to make sure that everyone gets the most out of our leagues. Starting in June of 2015, Mali was promoted to a full-time position with LTS as the Marketing and Outreach Director. She works directly with our Charity Partners and manages the marketing aspects of LTS. We are forever excited to have her own board with us as she plays an integral part of our growth among the LTS community. Mali graduated from Indiana University and loves to run, eat, and explore this great city she now calls home!
Chris DuCharme | Partner
Chris co-founded LTS Chicago with Mark and brought his finance, insurance and entrepreneurial experience with him. Chris currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at CEM Insurance Company as well as manages LTS Chicago’s finances, insurance needs and logistical planning.
Ken Natoli | Partner
Having been part of the team since the very start, Ken officially joined LTS Chicago as a partner in January of 2011. With a strong background in custom web development, branding, web design, and IT strategy, Ken supports LTS from a technology perspective and also assists with the strategic direction of the company. Ken works full time for Dominos in their IT Department and currently resides in Ann Arbor, MI with his wife and son. He enjoys traveling and cheering on the Boston Red Sox in his spare time.
